Core Wellness is a free program designed to support your health and wellbeing. The Pelvicore Technique presented with Kari Bø is the first part of this program. To join Core Wellness you simply have to answer the questionnaire on this website which will help us serve you brilliant content and great offers in the future. Core Wellness is supported by TENA, the leading brand of hygiene products from SCA. As a member of Core Wellness we will only send you information about the things you enjoy and that suit the way you live your life. We will share this information exclusively with TENA / SCA and no-one else. You can unsubscribe from Core Wellness at any time by calling 0845 300 6466 or e-mailing ‘unsubscribe’ to info@corewellness.co.uk but we hope that once you’ve received Kari’s fantastic DVD you’ll start to see and feel the benefits. The offer is only valid for one DVD per household and SCA has the right to change or terminate the offer. The order should be filled in by the user or a relative via our Core Wellness site.
