Let’s meet Natasha, she is 30 years old and pregnant with her second child. She works part-time as well as looking after her energetic toddler. She does try to eat healthily but cannot seem to find the time to exercise like she did during her first pregnancy. By assessing her hectic schedule she was able to find time to herself and realised what was really important, ensuring the health of her and her family.
