I’ve recently started the Pelvicore Technique after a friend encouraged me to give it a go! I was worried at first that I wouldn’t be able to do all of the exercises but it’s really simple and I’m finding it really relaxing. The best part about it is that it fits in with my lifestyle and my routine. I can already see the results – I’m feeling a lot more in control of my body, and as a result I’m more confident!
