I’ve surprised myself by keeping up with the exercises! I think it’s because I’m seeing such a big improvement. I was surprised at how quickly I built up strength in the muscles supporting my bladder, and I haven’t used a pad for a few weeks now, with no accidents at all.

I went out with my friend the other night - the one who first told me about the Pelvicore Technique - and we had a drink, a giggle, and toasted Kari Bø! I’ve decided to stop being silent about bladder weakness. I was with a few other mothers at my daughter’s playgroup the other day and I told them what I’d been through, and one said she was curious to know more, so I lent her my copy of Kari’s DVD and told her to join Core Wellness to get her own - because I want mine back! I’m delighted to have got back in control, and I’m always spreading the word!
