I am feeling a lot more confident after three months on the programme! The exercises have helped me to be more in touch with this part of my body, and my bladder seems to be behaving the way it did 10 or 15 years ago - just a little leakage sometimes when I sneeze but nothing that a light pad won’t help.

These days the only thing I’m sometimes embarrassed about on the tennis court is my serve! I’m back to playing 3 times a week now, and I’ve stopped all the worrying about being caught out. The great thing about doing the squeezes, which I try to remember to do as often as I can, is that no one knows I’m doing them. But I know that with each one, I’m helping my bladder to get that little bit stronger. I am really delighted to feel like my old self again, only better!”
