Squeeze for better sex

Training your pelvic floor muscles will not only improve your posture and tone your tummy, it can also improve your sex life. Your muscles producing orgasms are located in the pelvic floor region. These muscles are full of nerve endings which are sensitive to touch and pressure. The intensity of your orgasm depends on how strong these muscles are. So, by doing your pelvic floor exercises, you increase the flow of blood to the pelvic floor region, which in turn makes the nerves more sensitive. It also works the other way too. An active sex life is also exercise for your pelvic floor. This is true as an orgasm is a series of contractions, which in themselves are mini tightening exercises.

Download Motivational Chart

CoreWellness has created a handy motivation chart to help you manage your Pelvicore Technique as part of your regular schedule.

Why don’t all of you download the motivation chart (if you haven’t done so already) and print it out. Stick it up somewhere you’re always passing to remind you to do your exercises, and tick off each time you do them. Counting the ticks will really help you.
