Diaries

Come and meet Maria, Anna and Christina. They’ve all joined the CoreWellness Pelvicore Technique programme and are following Kari Bø’s Pelvicore Technique while they’ve each kept a diary.

Meet Anna, a 36 year old mum, expecting her second child.

I first heard about the Pelvicore Technique from a friend. On a night out we were having a giggle about the odd leak when we sneezed or coughed. Joking apart, we both knew that bladder weakness was no laughing matter. She was raving about this new DVD that had helped her, so I thought I’d give it a try.

Meet Maria, a 42 year old mother of two who has had bladder weakness for years and is looking for a solution.

When I heard about the Pelvicore DVD I jumped at the chance to try it. I’ve tried pelvic floor exercises before, but I think I may have been squeezing the wrong muscles - clenching my buttocks instead.

Christina is 60, a grandmother, and has just started a new relationship.

The menopause didn’t stop me doing anything - I stayed really active - but then my bladder weakness started, and I had to think twice about doing all my favourite things, such as tennis, because I was so embarrassed when I left the court with my shorts all wet.
