When I heard about the Pelvicore DVD I jumped at the chance to try it. I’ve tried pelvic floor exercises before, but I think I may have been squeezing the wrong muscles - clenching my buttocks instead.
So I thought Kari Bø’s method of leaning on a table corner to locate my pelvic floor was a really neat trick, and will hopefully get me on track. I’m really determined because in recent years, even just a brisk walk would leave my knickers soaking and I’ve had to rely on TENA pads more for fear of getting caught out. Not that I’d admit it to anyone of course - this is my little secret. I thought I was pretty much alone with the problem until I saw the DVD. I’m determined to do a 10 minute set twice a day, to see if it can help. Watch this space!
