I never thought I would say this, but I actually look forward to the exercises every day! I’ve made the Pelvicore Technique part of my daily routine now - plus all the extra squeezes I can remember to do - and though I am not seeing a huge difference in bladder control just yet, I do notice I’m a little bit dryer during exercise, and I‘m hopeful it will keep getting better if I keep up with the routine.

I’ve also signed up for a weekly Pilates class at my local centre, as this is supposed to be another way of strengthening my pelvic floor - and I want to try everything I can to beat this problem. I feel very determined to continue. Already I can feel an improvement in overall tone and strength around my core muscles. Exercising regularly has really put the spring back into my step!
