I’ve been so busy lately, that some days I’m finding it hard to do a full session with Kari every day - but I’m trying to make up for it by doing more squeezes while I’m doing the washing up, or every time I stop at a red light in the car!
I have put a rubber band round my wrist to remind me - my little memory jogger. I want to keep up the routine as I’ve already noticed a difference during my brisk walks, and I’ve found there’s even an improvement when coughing, using Kari’s ‘instant control technique’ - that is, when I can catch myself in time!
