Professor Kari Bø is a Physical Therapist and a world-expert in Exercise Science at the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences, Department of Sports Medicine in Oslo, Norway. Her main area of interest and research is pelvic floor function and dysfunction, Exercise Science and women’s health. She has published numerous articles, videos and books about the pelvic floor, fitness, pregnancy, physical activity and women’s health. Kari is considered to be the lead international expert of pelvic floor muscle training and is a popular presenter all over the world.
